Modi on France Visit Today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for a two-day official visit to France on Monday. During this visit, he will co-chair the third edition of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Action Summit with French President Emmanuel Macron. The summit is scheduled to take place on February 11. Continuing the summits held in the United Kingdom in 2023 and South Korea in 2024, this summit will serve as a platform for crucial discussions on the future of AI.
After arriving in Paris, Prime Minister Modi will attend a dinner hosted by President Macron at the Élysée Palace. Prominent leaders and CEOs from various sectors, including the tech industry, will be present at the event. Strengthening the ties between India and France is the main objective of this visit. During this visit, Prime Minister Modi will hold bilateral talks with Macron. Additionally, he will speak at the India-France CEOs Forum, discussing trade, technology, and strategic cooperation. As part of the trip, Modi will also visit the Kadraché area, which houses the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) project.
After concluding his visit to France, Prime Minister Modi will travel to the United States on February 12-13. This will be his first visit to the U.S. after President Donald Trump assumed office.
